Rupert's Story

Rupert is a brilliant little pony with exciting potential. He has a cheeky but kind nature and he is good to catch, lead and groom. He stands nicely for any routine care and he is a pleasure to be around. As Rupert settles and becomes comfortable with his handler, his personality shines through and he is a sweetheart.

Rupert is sociable with both mares and geldings. He can be left alone for short periods but this would need to be introduced gradually.

Rupert is looking for a new home as an unbacked project. He is in the early stages of his training and he enjoys groundwork. To progress further, Rupert needs a competent handler who has experience backing and bringing on young and enthusiastic ponies.

Rupert came to Redwings with his mum, after she was one of many horses found in unacceptable living conditions. Despite this difficult start in life, it doesn’t hold him back. Rupert has so much to offer and he is looking for a Guardian to love and adore him as much as we do.
