Carleen's Story

Carleen is a very pretty mare looking for a home as a non ridden companion.

She is a good girl to catch, lead and groom but she will be best suited to a very experienced Guardian, who can continue her training and help her settle into a new home.

Carleen will also need time and patience with general handling and a sympathetic farrier.

She has been turned out with mares or geldings and gets on with them well, but she does become stressed if her friends leave her or when she is in a new environment. Carleen’s ideal home will offer her consistency and constant companionship.

She is currently in a stable at night and out during the day but is also very happy to live out.
