Volunteer Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, approachable person to help support the functioning of Reception at our Head Office in South Norfolk.

You will be the first face that people see when they arrive at our HQ, greeting visitors and directing them to the correct place, taking enquiries, ensuring our meeting rooms are ready for guests and internal colleagues, and taking deliveries from couriers and Royal Mail.

Redwings Reception is open 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, so we would be open to discussing any hours you may be able to cover.
