Banbury Lions raise funds for Redwings!

Over 100 people took part in a charity horse ride in August organised by the Lions Club of Banbury.

The popular event raised £1,200 which is to be split between Redwings and Riding for the Disabled.

During the ride, participants were able to enjoy stunning views across the grounds of Broughton Castle thanks to Lord and Lady Saye and Sele who allowed the use of its surrounding parkland for the event.

Thank you to the Lions Club of Banbury and all the riders who took part – not forgetting their gorgeous horses!

Their amazing fundraising efforts mean we can continue to support the hundreds of horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in our care.
