Zig Zag is a great little pony who is easy to handle and a pleasure to be around. She is looking for a loving home where she will receive lots of love and attention. She can be lightly ridden on the lead rein by a small child, but it is important to note that due to her age, this can only be light work and not daily. She would be most suited to a young child in the early stages of learning to ride on the lead rein. She has been ridden in walk, trot and canter in the past but is ready to slow down and enjoy a more leisurely lifestyle.
Zig Zag has previously suffered from mild laminitis and wears front shoes. The Guardian home must be willing to restrict her grazing as required. As Zig Zag doesn’t like to be stabled, she will need to be turned out 24/7, at least for the settling in period.
Paddock: Under 1 acre, restricted grazing
Shelter: Field shelter or natural shelter
Companionship: Either mares or geldings
Max Rider Height: 4ft 7
Max Rider Weight: 6 ½ stone
