This will help you understand your horse’s health and contribute to equine health research!

The only personal data collected is your email address. We will use this to securely log your horse’s temperature as well as to send you handy daily reminders just for the week. Your data will not be used for any other reason and will be cared for in conjunction with Redwings’ competition terms.

For the chance to win, upload resting rectal temperatures for each horse daily between 2-8 May. Emails will be randomly selected and winners notified with their prize.

Because the #TempCheckChallenge is all about knowing your horse's healthy temperature *range* and gaining confidence in this healthy horse habit, a minimum of three temperatures per horse taken on three days between 2nd and 12th May are needed in order to be entered into the draw.

Competition terms and condtions

This competition is open to anyone who submits a minimum of three temperature readings through the ‘Online Temp Checker’ between 2nd and 12th May 2022. Entry is FREE. The draw will take place during Strangles Awareness Week. Runners up will be drawn on Wednesday 4th May at 4pm and Friday 6th May and 4pm and the final grand prize drawn on 9am on 12th May 2022. The prize draw is not open to employees of Redwings or their agents, families or partners. Entry is limited to one per person. There is a grand prize of a Strangles Awareness Week Collaboration gift hamper and two runner up prizes of a Redwings-branded Weightape, Clicker & Thermometer. There is no cash alternative. The winner will be notified by email using the email they provided through the temp checker. Please be sure to include your email address in the form and up load a minimum of three temperatures on three different days between 2nd and 12th May (Strangles Awareness Week is 2-8 May). If any winners are not contactable, or do not claim their prize within one week of notification, they forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected at random in their place. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules. Email addresses are the only personal data collected and processed, stored and deleted in accordance with Redwings’ Privacy Policy.
