Celebrating with gorgeous Adoption Star Esther at her special birthday party on November 1st was a wonderful way to draw our Caldecott Visitor Centre’s season to a close.
We like go out on a high before we have to shut our gates for a short break over the winter so thank you to everyone who came to make Esther’s birthday a really great day!
We’ve had a wonderful year at Caldecott with more than 32,000 visitors coming to meet our rescued residents over the summer and making the most of all the facilities we have to ensure everyone enjoys their time at the centre and learns more about the fantastic work that Redwings carries out.
Our special Adoption Stars have been as popular as ever, bringing in supporters old and new from all over the country. And even though Caldecott won’t be open in the build up to the festive period, you can still adopt one of the centre’s celebrity residents by telephone on 01508 481000 or through our website here.
They make a fantastic Christmas gift, especially for those difficult to buy for friend or family member, and every penny will go to caring for your chosen equine and their friends. For more information simply click here!
Redwings Caldecott will be closed to visitors from Monday 8th November but we know the winter weeks will fly by and we’ll be opening again on Good Friday 25th March 2016! Put it in your diary and we look forward to seeing you then!
