Which centres offer group visits?
Groups are welcome at all our visitor centres; however Redwings Ada Cole cannot accommodate coaches at present so is best suited for smaller groups.
How much does it cost?
We do not charge for group visits as we want to spread the Redwings message far and wide! You may, however, fall in love with one of our residents and choose to sponsor them as a group as this is a great way to support our work and to keep in touch with the Sanctuary. Meet our Adoption Stars.
Can we have a guided tour?
Guided tours are available for approximately 20 people at a time – please let us know if you would like a guided tour when making an enquiry. Self-guided group visits can take place at any time of the year during opening hours (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays 10am to 4pm), but do still require advance booking.
Is catering available?
Yes! All our centres have on-site cafes but groups of over 10 people or those who have a group visit arranged for a closed day (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) need to order food in advance. Following your enquiry, a member of team will be in touch to discuss your requirements. Pre-booked food orders need to be pre-paid two weeks prior to your visit.
What about school visits?
If you are from a school, college or an equine organisation and would like a tailored visit, simply contact us to discuss your requirements so we can make sure we provide the best experience for your students! You can also download a risk assesment here.
