Dayzee's story

Shetland pony Dayzee was just a foal when she arrived at Redwings Mountains, after she spent two days travelling to the sanctuary from Norwich. She was born with a debilitating hip condition, which meant her hips easily dislocated, and her owners were worried they couldn’t provide the specialist care she would need. But with close monitoring and lots of TLC, Dayzee has grown up into a happy and healthy pony.

Dayzee lives at Redwings Mountains, near Forfar, in Angus.
