There’s something for everyone to enjoy, from fascinating talks to special meet ‘n’ greets with some of the Sanctuary’s most lovable residents, including super-cute Adoption Star Dayzee and adorable donkey Minnie. Keen ramblers will also be able to enjoy over 220 acres of beautiful paddocks and woodland, with opportunities for nature fans to spot wildlife, including red squirrels, deer and mountain birds.

Redwings Mountains’ Summer Club will also return this year providing free, hands-on activities for children, aged six to 11, giving them a glimpse into what it’s actually like to work at Redwings! The first Summer Club session will kick-off on Monday 2nd July. Click here for more information about the Summer Club and how you can get involved.

After you’ve enjoyed making plenty of new four-legged friends, why not put your feet up with a drink and a tasty snack in our café? There’s also a gift shop offering a wide range of souvenirs with all proceeds going towards supporting the 1,500 horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in Redwings’ care nationwide.

Redwings Mountains, near Forfar in Angus (DD8 3SQ), is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 10am to 4pm (closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). And, best of all, entry is completely free!

We hope you can join us!
