News about our residents...
On Sunday 5th September we will be having a party for a very special resident. Cheeky Denise the donkey has her birthday next week and to celebrate we will be holding a birthday party for her at Caldecott on 5th September. Her birthday parade will take place at 1pm but there will be fun and games, all donkey-related of course, going on throughout the day! Entry is free, please do come along and help us make a fuss of this very special girl!
Meanwhile, please note that to ensure all our horsey residents have the best grazing possible, we have recently ploughed and reseeded about half of our fields at Caldecott. While we wait for the new grass to grow, you may notice the absence of a few familiar faces at Caldecott as they have been temporarily moved to live at another site, but don't worry, all the Adoption Club horses and donkeys are still there and will be on site until the end of the season.
Apologies if this means that you will miss any of your other favourites, but this essential work will ensure that all the Caldecott residents have lots of lush green grass to eat next year! And you will still be able to visit all your adoption favourites there, right through until the end of October!
