Friendly, efficient customer service can achieve all this. Could you be an essential part of the team that keeps our Gift Shop running? With a friendly personality and great customer service, you could be the extra pair of hands we need in at Redwings Aylsham Visitors Centre.

As a Volunteer Gift Shop Assistant, you will give visitors a genuine, warm welcome. You will assist them expertly, with knowledge and care. You will be alert to visitors’ needs around you, even as you replenish and price-label stock. Of course, we hope you will also take time to interact with our visitors about their passion and ours: horses of course!

If you can offer us some of your precious time, the Visitor Centre Team would welcome you and support your training to help us make the visitor experience a really special one.
