Open air theatre at Redwings is back!
Join us at Redwings Caldecott for two special performances from Cambridge Touring Productions this summer – The Reluctant Dragon on Thursday 11th August and King Arthur on Tuesday 16th August, both starting at 5pm.
The Reluctant Dragon tells the story of the touching friendship between a dragon and a boy, and the boy’s plan to save his poetry-writing new friend from the preconceptions of the townsfolk.
King Arthur tells the story of a boy who pulled a sword from a stone and became King. The fun and farcical adventure is a re-telling of the legend with live music, physical comedy, lo-fi acrobatics and mediocre magic.
The performances are suitable for all ages. They normally last just under two hours including a twenty-minute interval.
