Join us as we pull together for the love of our rescued horses to minimise the impact of Covid-19.
Redwings Caldecott, near Great Yarmouth, is home to over 30 donkeys and mules, so what more reason do you need to stop by this Easter and enjoy our “We Love Donkeys” activities?!
Starting on Friday 30th March, you can have a go at donkey grooming yourself, find out all about our delightful donkeys during insightful talks and tours, and learn how we care for our long-eared residents.
Visitors will also have the chance to help make enrichment toys filled with carrots on Saturday 31st March and Sunday 1st April in celebration of International Carrot Day.

We Love Donkeys: Friday 31st March to Monday 16th April
As if that wasn’t enough excitement, retired Adoption Star Muffin will also be celebrating his 31st birthday and we’re throwing him a big birthday bash on Sunday 15th April. The festivities will kick off at 11.30am with Muffin being treated to a lovely groom, followed by his party parade and extra-special birthday cake – just for him!

Redwings Caldecott, in Beccles Road, Fritton, is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 10am to 4pm (closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). Entry and parking are free and dogs on leads are welcome!
