If you love horses, then Redwings Aylsham, north of Norwich, is the place to visit this half term, where we’ll be hosting a series of fun-filled activities over two consecutive weekends.
Enjoy an exclusive tour around our brand-new education centre – Red’s Shed, join in with fascinating talks, and meet our oldest horsey resident Taz! The visitor reception will be also be running horse-themed activities, with horsey colouring and crafts to keep the little ones entertained. And don’t forget our fantastic play area!
You’ll also have the chance to get up close and cuddly with Adoption Stars - handsome Thoroughbred cross Gulliver and our very own ‘Black Beauty’ Maya.

There’s not just horses to see at Redwings Aylsham, so make sure you say hello to our ponies and donkeys who would love to meet you for a tickle behind the ears too! Then why not finish off your day with a relaxing wander around the paddocks or take in the sights along our beautiful nature walk?
There’s also a gift shop and café serving a range of refreshing drinks and tasty treats with all proceeds going towards supporting the 1,500 horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in Redwings’ care nationwide.
Redwings Aylsham, in Spa Lane, Aylsham, is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 10am to 4pm (closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). Entry and parking are free, and dogs on leads are welcome!
