If, like us, you’re horse mad – then head to Redwings Caldecott this half-term when “We Love Horses” activities return, providing plenty of fun for the whole family!
You’ll have the chance to discover how we groom and care for our horses during insightful talks, go behind-the-scenes with special tours, and meet Adoption Stars Fox and Victoria (pictured above left) and hear their stories.

But there’s a long-eared resident that also wants to join in the fun, because on Sunday 27th October, Adoption Star Esther (pictured below) will be celebrating her 12th birthday with a big bash at Redwings Caldecott.
On the day, she’ll be treated to a lovely groom to help her look her very best, before meeting her fans during a parade. Then she’ll get to tuck into her very own birthday cake topped with all her favourite treats, including plenty of yummy ginger biscuits!

While you’re visiting, be sure to take a look around our gift shop before enjoying a nice cuppa and a tasty slice of cake in Oliver’s Café. All proceeds from our café and gift shop go towards the care of 1,500 horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in Redwings’ care nationwide.
Redwings Caldecott, near Great Yarmouth, is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 10am – 4pm (closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). Entry and parking are free and dogs on leads are welcome.
