Devon 43
Some of you may remember 43 Shetland ponies from Devon that Redwings
rescued back in 2002. To date 10 of the younger, healthy ponies have
been rehomed with other equine charities. Older members of the group,
or those with veterinary problems, are enjoying retirement in the Sanctuary's
special care. The photo shows two of these lovely ponies, Frodo and
Anne, grazing in the sunshine at Redwings. You can visit some of the
Devon Shetlands at both our Caldecott and Stonham Visitor Centres this
summer.
