Horsey Hospital & Hapton Headquarters
Our Hapton HQ is not open to the public. However, for two weekends a year we open the gates so that our supporters can see our Horse Hospital, Parklands Re-homing Centre and meet some of our shyer or more elderly residents.
We have now confirmed the dates for our 2008 Open Weekends - we hope you can join us.
Opening Dates
Summer Open Weekend - 12th and 13th July 2008
Christmas Open Weekend - 6th and 7th December 2008
Opening Times
10am to 4pm for the Summer Open Weekend.
10am to 3pm for the Christmas Open Weekend.
This is a very special site with over 350 acres of paddocks in a beautiful
setting. The Estate is home to many of our very infirm and special
care horses and is the base for our rehoming team. It is only open to the public on two very special weekends every year.
Retired adoption pony Ben has been retired to Hapton and his paddock is close to our veterinary unit and special care facilities.
Hapton is also the home of our Garden of Remembrance dedicated to
the memory of beloved pets. The location is peaceful and allows for quiet
reflection amongst nature and of course, horses.
