Triple the birthday fun!This coming Sunday (April 23rd) we will be holding a triple birthday celebration at our Caldecott Visitor Centre for Darcey, Muffin and Tufty.You don’t have to adopt one of these three lovely animals to be welcome to their birthday celebrations - the more the merrier! Entry is free and you will have the chance to get up close and personal with our three stars, plus there will be a birthday parade and plenty of activities taking place throughout the day along with tours and horse care demonstrations.
Caldecott is a lovely site situated near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. It has a café, gift shop, information centre, Horse Wise Education centre and pleasant paddock walks, suitable for all the family. You can also meet Victor the handsome Shire, Bess the former Police horse (who loves our donkeys!) and Eleanor, Charlotte and friends, the Miniature Shetlands rescued from Devon.
Don't forget, Redwings also have centres at Stonham Barns near Stowmarket in Suffolk, Ada Cole Rescue Centre near Harlow in Essex and Oxhill near Stratford in Warwickshire. All four centres are open from 10am to 5pm every day through the summer and entry is totally free of charge! Our horsey residents would certainly love to meet you!
