Pretty Katy is the birthday girl
Adoption pony Katy will be the centre of attention at our Stonham Rescue Centre in Suffolk on Sunday 23rd July.
Katy's 16th birthday is on July 27th and we will be holding a special birthday party on Sunday (23rd) so as many of her fans as possible can come along and see her.
Entry to the party is free of charge and you do not have to be a Katy adopter to come along - everyone's welcome. There will be a birthday parade for Katy at 1pm, complete with special equine birthday cake, and we hope you will all be in fine singing voice so you can sing along with Katy's birthday song!
We will also be having walking tours of this lovely centre, horse care demonstrations and loads of games and activities going on throughout the day. You never know, there may even be an appearance from Redwings' mascots Red or Wings!
Our Stonham centre is open daily from 10am to 4pm, and you can find it by following the A140 from Ipswich towards Norwich and turning right onto the A1120 towards Framlingham. Redwings is through the village of Stonham Aspal on the right hand side, and is part of the Stonham Barns complex which also has a golf centre, owl sanctuary, assorted shops and a cafe.
