Party time for Finnegan!Adoption favourite Finnegan celebrated his birthday on Bank Holiday Monday 2005 at Stonham Rescue Centre in Suffolk.This very special chap had his his birthday parade at 1pm on Monday, and the day’s entertainment also included walking tours of the centre and horse care demonstrations. Finnegan is by far the most eye-catching horse on our adoption scheme - a very handsome coloured cob with a gorgeous long flowing mane. He was rescued by the RSPCA in a state of neglect along with his best friend in the world, Henry, who also lives at Stonham. Stonham residents also include Katy the pony, Choccy the donkey and Harry the miniature Shetland, along with 50 of their closest friends! Plus, as an added bonus there was an appearance on Monday from one of the Sanctuary’s newest arrivals, a mysterious equine who simply goes by the name of ‘Red’ and just loves to be cuddled… Stonham Rescue Centre at Stonham Barns is open every day from 10am until 5pm, and entry is free.
