Charity ride a huge successThank you to everyone who took part in the Sandringham Charity Ride on Sunday October 8th.On a glorious Autumn day more than 170 riders turned out to ride across the Royal Estate, raising an incredible £2000 for Redwings and hopefully having an enjoyable day out in the process!
Riders of all ages and abilities rode across the lovely countryside at Sandringham on one of three routes, totalling either five, eight or ten miles. As well as the beautifully turned out horses there were people who chose to travel by carriage and pedal bike and some brave souls even set out on foot - well done to all!
The ride was expertly organised by Redwings supporter Anne Holt and her team and we would like to thank them for arranging such a fantastic event in aid of our charity. Thanks must also go to all those who took part in the Ride and to everyone involved in making it such a success - thank you!
