Redwings is your charity, says Your Horse
Redwings has been named as Charity of the Year for Your Horse Live 2008!
We are delighted and really rather excited to have been named as Charity of the Year for this year's Your Horse Live event to be held in November 2008!
We were chosen by the readers of Your Horse magazine and we are very grateful to everyone who took the time to vote - thank you.
Your Horse Live takes place from 7th-9th November at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. The three day event with a difference offers an action-packed line-up of top riders as well as being the only place you can find international names such as Carl Hester, Mary King and Richard Davison all demonstrating under one roof. New for this year will be a special focus on natural horsemanship with demos from top names such as Kelly Marks plus there will be the chance to meet Monty Roberts.
The Redwings team will of course be there - come along and see us on Stand 109. This year, however, our friendly team will also be out and about fundraising around the event so please do stop and say hello. Look out for our very special mascot Red too!
Each year, Your Horse Live has an official charity, and this is the first time it has been us. "It’s a great honour", explains Lynn Cutress, Redwings Chief Executive. “Redwings is entirely funded by public goodwill and everyone who helps us in any way is playing their part in the safe future of our resident equines. To be chosen by the Your Horse readers is a huge compliment as we were up against some very well known charities. We are looking forward to attending, and meeting as many people as possible – please do come and say hello!”
