Muffin will be the star on Sunday
Come along to our Caldecott centre to help us celebrate the birthday of a very special mule...
It's adoption Muffin's birthday this week and to celebrate we will be holding a birthday party for him at our Caldecott Visitor Centre near Great Yarmouth on Sunday 19th April. Entry is free of charge as always and you don't have to adopt Muffin to come along to his party - everyone's welcome!
The doors open at 10am and at 1pm it will be time for his special birthday parade complete with yummy mule-friendly birthday cake and lots of fuss for the mule himself! However, all day long there will be lots of fun and activities for all the family and we do hope you can join us! Muffin has been a resident here at Redwings for almost 20 years, since he was rescued from a horse sale with his mum at just a few days old. Last season he spent a lot of time away from Caldecott after he received ground-breaking specialist treatment at the internationally renowned Animal Health Trust in Newmarket for a sarcoid under his eye. He is now much improved and we are delighted that he is able to be back at Caldecott this season - we know he has missed his fans!
