Full-time fixed term position (March until November)

The Fundraising Department at Redwings is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its front of house team at its Oxhill Visitor Centre in Warwickshire.

Team Leaders will support the Visitor Centre Manager in co-ordinating the team to welcome visitors, introduce them to the charity’s work and help to generate income through encouraging donations, promoting fundraising initiatives (including the charity’s Adoption Club), and by working in the centre's quality assured Café and Gift Shop.

The role includes a variety of tasks necessary to provide a high standard of visitor experience whilst also delivering the charity’s values. It will also require leading the team in the absence of the manager, undertaking additional duties such as financial processes and team member monitoring and training.

A flexible approach and willingness to learn can make this role very rewarding. Experience in a front of house, customer care, retail or café environment would be advantageous.

All staff will be required to work weekends on a rota basis.
