The Fundraising Department at Redwings is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual to manage its new Visitor Centre in Aylsham, North Norfolk.

The successful applicant will manage the Visitor Centre, welcoming visitors, introducing them to the charity’s work and helping to generate income through encouraging donations, promoting fundraising initiatives (including the charity’s Adoption Club), and through the effective management of a Café and Gift Shop.

The role includes a variety tasks necessary to provide a high standard of visitor experience whilst also delivering the charity’s values. This includes the management and training of staff, administration duties including financial reporting, and maintaining a general high standard of housekeeping and presentation at the site.

Experience in a front of house, customer care, retail or café environment is essential, as are leadership and team working skills and an enthusiasm for the charity’s cause.
