Rusty arrived at the Sanctuary in 1983 in poor condition and infested with worms. Treatment was carried out to rid him of the worms and a proper diet ensured he put on weight and his condition improved. A Redwings veteran, Rusty loves nothing better than a good groom, especially in summer when he can doze in the sunshine.
