Visitor Centre Team Members (Seasonal), Essex
Part Time Seasonal Contracts, April - October
Salary band: £5.89 - £6.14
As the UK’s largest horse sanctuary, our supporters are vital to our organisation and we are seeking customer focussed individuals to lead and maintain our high standard visitor experience in accordance with Redwings’ Values.
Opportunities have arisen for self-motivated, highly efficient individuals to help assist the customer care operation of our Visitor Centre in Harlow, Essex.
Candidates will be expected to act as ambassadors for Redwings, meeting & greeting visitors and supporters while still ensuring the day to day operations of the centre are maintained.
The positions are worked on a rotational basis (including weekends) and require a high level of customer service with regard to supporters and other visitors.
Experience in retail and/or café environments is desirable, together with an awareness of front of house and visitor environments.
